OptionAlgoRefund Policy

OptionAlgo subscriptions provide immediate digital access to real-time data and analytics. Because access is granted instantly on payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
When we do issue refunds
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription (duplicate payment).
- You were charged in error, or the amount does not match the plan you selected.
- You could not access the paid service due to a technical fault on our side that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
Requests must be made within 7 days of the charge by emailing contact@optionalgo.in with your registered email and the Razorpay Payment ID.
Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails but an amount was debited, it is automatically reversed by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 working days. No action is needed from us.
Processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
