These Terms govern your use of OptionAlgo (optionalgo.in), a website and subscription service operated by Muniyasamy (sole proprietor) under the brand OptionAlgo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
2. The service
OptionAlgo provides options-market data, analytics and educational tools (option-chain, open-interest and order-flow analytics, gamma/GEX metrics, a strategy builder and backtesting), sold as monthly and annual subscriptions.
3. Not investment advice / SEBI disclaimer
OptionAlgo is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. All content, data and tools are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, trading or financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading in derivatives carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. A subscription is for a single user; sharing or reselling access is not permitted.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Fees are shown at checkout and billed via Razorpay. Subscriptions may renew automatically where you have authorised a recurring mandate. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer the service or its data, nor use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All software, content and branding are owned by us and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
